Perception IS Reality

In the end it is all about image. And image isn’t necessarily reality but it can become reality. The way your product is perceived by its consumers becomes its image. How is your product perceived? I didn’t ask, “How good is your product?”, but what is the brand’s perceived image, because perception is reality.
