Crysdle® Candles Package

SPAR was asked by New Orleans Flair, LLC to design a package for their unusual line of candles. The Crysdle® name, a combination of crystal and candles, is descriptive of the product, which has a very unusual crystalline wax structure that gives the candles interesting visual characteristics that they call “dancing light”.

A design objective was for the package that would have strong shelf presence in a gift shop environment and at the same time speak to the dancing light effect of the Crysdle® candles. Pohlig Bros Folding Carton Company of Richmond, VA specializes in short production runs and unusual techniques and worked with SPAR to develop an package based on one of their existing boxes and holographic materials. The finished package is visually stunning and captures the consumer’s eye as they walk through the store.
